At First Watch, we believe in putting our customers first.
We begin each morning at the crack of dawn, slicing fresh fruits and vegetables, baking muffins and whipping up our French toast batter from scratch. Freshness is never compromised—as we use only the finest ingredients available for the freshest taste possible.
When you arrive, we welcome you with a pot—not just a cup—of our Sunrise Select™ Premium Blend coffee, along with complimentary newspapers and WiFi Internet access.
We want to provide every customer with an extraordinary dining experience. It's all part of our "YOU FIRSTSM" service philosophy—doing whatever it takes to make your visit memorable.
Our Hours
We're morning people. We're open year-round from 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM,
excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

First Watch offers an appetizing assortment of menu items, from traditional breakfast and lunch favorites—from eggs, pancakes, soups, salads and sandwiches, to our own irresistible specialties, such as the Chickichanga®, Crepeggs™ and classic BLTE® sandwich.
Health conscious since our inception, our "Healthier Side" features a variety of delicious options, including egg white omelettes, fresh fruit crepes and our signature Power Wrap™.

Our History
"If we can, we will...SM"
Back in 1983, there was no breakfast-focused restaurant category, really. Then the original First Watch opened with the idea that people want a Breakfast, Brunch and Lunch restaurant that doesn't moonlight with steaks or anything else later in the day.
Word about this "fresh, new concept" spread, and before long this restaurant that was only open from 7:00 AM until 2:30 PM became very popular and the idea of bringing the First Watch experience to other places was born.
Sunrise Select®
It's our pleasure to welcome you to First Watch with your very own pot of our exclusive Sunrise Select Premium Blend™ coffee. Our Sunrise Select Premium Blend is made with slow-roasted, hand-selected, high-grown Panamanian, Colombian, and Mexican coffee beans. Dutifully satisfying your craving for quality coffee, we have toiled to make the very best.
Sunrise Select 12 oz bags of ground coffee are now available at your local First Watch hostess stand. The same flavor you enjoy in our restaurants is now available for brewing at your place. Think of it as your reward for getting out of bed.
