Successful First Watch restaurants are located in vibrant centers that offer high visibility, complementary co-tenancy, ample parking and easy ingress and egress. Identifying sites that meet our criteria is one of a franchisee’s biggest responsibilities – and we’re here to help. Our team will work with you to determine your territory and identify the ideal trade areas within that territory. After that, each franchisee will submit a site acceptance request, which we will consider carefully. After a site is accepted, we will furnish you with mandatory and suggested specifications and layouts for a First Watch restaurant, that your architect must incorporate into plans for the accepted site. You must submit those plans to us for review and acceptance prior to submitting them to any local building authority. Please understand that all construction materials, signage, furniture, fixtures and equipment must comply with First Watch specifications which are clearly defined and will be shared with you.
