Breakfast and Lunch Chain to Open 23^rd Ohio Outpost, Plans for Five Additional Cleveland Area Locations in Three Years

Cleveland, OH (May 17, 2007) ---First Watch, the daytime-only café, will expand its presence in the Cleveland region on Monday, May 17^th with a new company-owned restaurant in Mayfield Heights at the Eastgate Shopping Center at 1431 SOM Center Road. This will be the chain’s fifth outpost in the Cleveland market and furthers First Watch’s plans to open five additional restaurants over the next three years.

“We originally opened three restaurants in Cleveland in 2006 with our first one being at Crocker Park in Westlake. Since then, we’ve actively sought out new neighborhoods  to continue our expansion.  In 2009 we opened a restaurant in Fairlawn and now we are excited to be coming to Mayfield Heights,” said Chris Tomasso, First Watch’s chief marketing officer. “It’s a great market for the First Watch brand and we’re excited to continue expanding our unique concept throughout the Cleveland area.”
