You’ve got the content, and we’ve got the cash! For every First Watch inspired video you create that we end up reposting, we’ll send you $250*! It’s as simple as eggs and bacon…
What to do:
- Be creative! You can literally create anything you want – skits, dances, voiceovers, trending sounds, you name it – as long as it’s relevant content we can share on First Watch’s TikTok and Instagram.
- Have fun with it! Be you’re goofy, spicy self – we won’t judge 😉
What not to do:
- Don’t capture content during working hours, use offensive language or say anything false or misleading about First Watch.
- Don’t expose or share any First Watch intellectual property (recipes, financial information, equipment). This includes videotaping anything in the back of house.
- Don’t use copyrighted music. Unfortunately, we will be unable to repost content with any copyrights.
Ready to start making fun content? Follow these steps:
- Create a First Watch themed video. You can choose to post it on your social media accounts, or you don’t have to!
- DM the video to the @firstwatch Instagram or TikTok account OR email your video to content@firstwatch.com. Note: please include your full name and the First Watch restaurant you are employed at.
- If we love your content and repost it, we’ll send you $250*! Now show us what you’ve got!

Contest Rules + Terms & Conditions:
Must be 18 years or older. Content/production must comply with the First Watch Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and Employee Handbook. No content should be captured during working hours. Only Hourly Employees are eligible to participate. This program runs through December 31, 2023 at 11:59pm EST.
*Payouts are equal to $250, minus taxes and withholdings.
Eligibility: The First Watch Team Member Content Creator program is open to all natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years old at time of entry.
Entry Period: This contest begins on January 1, 2023 at 12:01 AM EST and ends on December 31, 2023 at 11:59 PM EST (“Entry Periodâ€).
How to Enter: Create a First Watch themed video and DM it to @firstwatch on Instagram or TikTok OR email it to content@firstwatch.com.
Limitations on Entries: There is no limit on the amount of videos Team Members can create and submit.
Prize: Selected individual whose videos are reposted to First Watch’s official social channels will earn $250*
Content Selection: Content will be selected by First Watch during the Entry Period taking place. The drawing will be conducted by First Watch, whose decisions and interpretations on all matters relating to the contest and these Official Rules are final and binding in all respects.
Winner Announcement: First Watch will contact Team Members if they earn $250* via email or DM on Instagram or TikTok.

First Watch will not be responsible for any injury, damage or loss of any kind arising out of your participation in the contest as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from receipt, acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize or participation in any promotion related activity or participation in this Sweepstakes.
