CHATTANOOGA, Tennessee – December 12, 2018 – Award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant First Watch has opened its third Chattanooga-area First Watch eatery at 5207 Highway 153. The new restaurant is the eighth First Watch location opened by Capstone Concepts, a Knoxville-based franchise group that currently owns and operates First Watch restaurants in Knoxville, Johnson City and Chattanooga in addition to two Mr. Gatti’s Pizza restaurants and one The Egg & I restaurant in Knoxville.
In conjunction with the opening, First Watch will donate $8,000, raised from its pre-opening event, to Siskin Children’s Institute in an effort to help improve the quality of life for children with special needs and their families.

First Watch’s curated menu takes an elevated approach to traditional and innovative offerings made to order using farm fresh ingredients. It includes crave-able items such as Avocado Toast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict, Farm Stand Breakfast Tacos and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes. The new restaurant offers healthy, flavorful favorites like house-made granola and pico de gallo, organic greens, house-roasted vegetables and cage-free eggs as well as more indulgent, traditional breakfast, brunch and lunch offerings.
The new First Watch also serves the restaurant’s new Project Sunrise coffee, grown by an independent group of female farmers in Huila, Colombia, called Mujeres en Café. The restaurant offers options from its Juice Bar – including the best-selling Kale Tonic – juiced in-house daily using only the highest quality fruits and vegetables.
First Watch serves its entire menu seven days a week from 7 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. The restaurant also offers customers complimentary newspapers and free Wi-Fi Internet access.
