The new First Watch is the concept’s first in the area
SIMPSONVILLE, South Carolina – January 22, 2020 – First Watch, the award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot announced today that it will open its fourth South Carolina restaurant in Simpsonville. The new 3,600-square-foot eatery at 375 Harrison Bridge Road, at the intersection of Fairview Road in front of T.J. Maxx, employs about 30 people.
In the new Simpsonville restaurant, First Watch will offer craveable, unique breakfast, brunch and lunch options. The concept’s revolving seasonal menus have included items like a Braised Short Rib Benedict, Cornbread Carnitas Breakfast Bowl, Smoked Salmon Tzatziki Toast and Lemon Blueberry Quinoa Pancakes. This season’s menu features Brilliant Beet Toast, Vanilla Chai Latte Pancakes and a Baja Chicken Burrito Bowl, in addition to seasonal juices, pressed daily from only the highest quality fruits and vegetables.
First Watch also offers traditional breakfast, brunch and lunch items like omelets, pancakes, salads and sandwiches. The concept also serves its socially responsible and award-winning Project Sunrise coffee, which supports an independent group of female farmers in Huila, Colombia.
This opening will be the fifth First Watch opening by franchise group Good Morning Carolinas, LLC, which has rights to open First Watch restaurants in Charlotte, North Carolina, as well as Spartanburg, Greenville and Columbia, South Carolina.

First Watch serves its entire menu seven days a week from 7 a.m. until 2:30 p.m.
