“Daytime Café” Opens Third Georgia Location In Dunwoody

DUNWOODY, Ga. – Less than one year after opening its first two metro-Atlanta locations, First Watch, the award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant company, is continuing its growth in Georgia with the opening of a third location. The newest First Watch restaurant will open its doors in Dunwoody on Oct. 1.

The 3,500-square-foot restaurant is located at 1317 Dunwoody Village Parkway, adjacent to Marlow’s Tavern, in the Dunwoody Village shopping center. The daytime-only restaurant employs approximately 25 to 30 people.

In January, First Watch made its debut in the Atlanta market with the opening of a restaurant in Johns Creek, and a few short weeks later, a second First Watch opened in Smyrna/Vinings. The fourth Georgia location will open in Alpharetta in early 2014.

The Dunwoody location features an outdoor patio with a fireplace, and a bright, warm interior, which maximizes natural light and incorporates color tones that convey the inviting personality of the brand. First Watch reinforces its honest approach to fresh food preparation with an open-kitchen concept – a testament to its nothing-to-hide approach to serving Dunwoody guests.

A recipient of more than 200 “Best Of” accolades in markets across the country, First Watch features traditional favorites including pancakes, omelets, salads and sandwiches, as well as signature specialties such as the Chickichanga®, Healthy Turkey Omelet, Fresh Fruit Crepes and Sunrise Select® Premium Blend Coffee. The special blend is made from slow-roasted, hand-selected, high-grown Panamanian, Colombian and Mexican coffee beans.

The restaurant uses only the freshest ingredients possible, such as fresh fruits, vegetables roasted in-house, French toast batter made from scratch, house-made granola, and croutons made using fresh Ciabatta bread.

First Watch serves its entire menu seven days a week from 7 a.m. until 2 p.m. The restaurant also offers guests complimentary newspapers and free Wi-Fi Internet access.
