ATLANTA, Ga. – Jan. 15, 2013 – Award-winning Breakfast, Brunch and Lunch restaurant First Watch made its debut in the Atlanta metro area and the state this week with the opening of a restaurant in Johns Creek. The 3,520 sq. ft. restaurant is located at 11720 Medlock Bridge Road in the former J. Christopher’s space at Johns Creek Village.
“First Watch is known for unique and fresh Breakfast, Brunch and Lunch items, and we are confident Atlanta-area residents will come to know and love our restaurant like so many other communities have,” said Chris Tomasso, chief marketing officer for First Watch. “There truly is something for everyone on the menu, and we believe our innovative approach to food preparation sets us apart from other restaurants in the daytime-only segment.”
Every entrée at First Watch is made fresh to order, and the restaurant does not use deep fryers or heat lamps. Guests will find fresh vegetables roasted in-house, French toast made from scratch, house-made granola and Muesli cereal, and croutons made using fresh Ciabatta bread.
The menu features traditional favorites and unique specialty items utilizing ingredients such as cage-free eggs, all-natural chicken and organic yogurt as well as locally sourced fruits and vegetables whenever possible. First Watch also offers its exclusive Sunrise Select™ premium blend coffee made with hand-selected, high-grown Panamanian, Colombian, and Mexican coffee beans.
A recipient of more than 200 “Best Of” accolades across the country, First Watch is known for delivering an excellent dining experience and fast, friendly service. First Watch also can accommodate those with food allergies and those who want healthy lifestyle options.
“We welcome special requests and stand by our motto that ‘if we can, we will,’” said Tomasso. “We will make every effort to accommodate anyone who has a special request or food allergy, including those who may have gluten intolerance. We recognize that it can be difficult to eat out with certain allergies and want to make sure we can offer something for those guests.”
The new restaurant at Johns Creek features an outdoor patio and an interior design that maximizes the natural light provided during the restaurants’ daytime hours – conveying the warm and inviting personality of the First Watch brand.
First Watch serves its entire menu seven days a week from 7 a.m. until 2 p.m. The restaurant also offers guests complimentary newspapers and free Wi-Fi Internet access.
