Black and Blue Wrap and Going Cold Turkey Wrap debut June 30

BRADENTON, Fla. (June 30, 2008) – After receiving rave customer reviews for several months as featured daily specials, First Watch Restaurants, Inc. will add the Black and Blue Wrap and Going Cold Turkey Wrap to its menu full-time beginning June 30, 2008.

“In order to continue the First Watch commitment to satisfying our guests, we’ve decided to respond to the positive feedback from our specials’ board and add these popular items to our regular menu,” said Chris Tomasso, Chief Marketing Officer of First Watch Restaurants, Inc.  “We value freshness at First Watch—fresh food, fresh ideas – and these new wraps will enhance our already great breakfast, brunch and lunch offerings by giving customers new lunch options.”

Wrapped in a spinach tortilla, the Black and Blue Wrap is designed to satisfy the appetite with its substantial filling of roast beef, blue cheese, lettuce, tomato and horseradish sauce.  Wrapped in a flour tortilla, the Going Cold Turkey Wrap is a healthy addition that features sliced turkey, jack cheese, lettuce, tomato and ranch dressing. Both wraps are served with fresh fruit.
