(Solon, OH)—First Watch, the Breakfast, Brunch and Lunch restaurant company based in Bradenton, Fla., will expand its presence in Ohio with a new restaurant expected to open in mid-2011. The restaurant will be located at 6025 Kruse Drive in the Uptown Solon Center, which also holds Old Navy, Mustard Seed Market and Bed Bath & Beyond. It will be the sixth First Watch in the Cleveland area and the 26th Ohio location.

“Ohio has proven to be a great state for First Watch and we’ve seen a lot of success in Cleveland,” said Chris Tomasso, chief marketing officer for First Watch. “We expect to continue our rapid growth in the Buckeye State and this new restaurant in Solon represents our progress.”

The new restaurant is expected to employ about 25 local employees. It will be approximately 3,800 square feet with seating for about 120 people.
