Opening Marks First Location in Pennsylvania
BRADENTON, FLA. (April 27, 2007) – First Watch, the nation’s fastest-growing daytime-only restaurant, is expanding into a new market on April 28 with its first restaurant in Pennsylvania. Located at the Streets of Cranberry (20424 Route 19), the new 3,500 square-foot restaurant seats approximately 115 patrons. The restaurant operates from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., seven days a week.
Bradenton-based First Watch specializes in daytime dining with unique breakfast, brunch and lunch creations freshly prepared to order. The restaurant features traditional favorites like made-from-scratch pancakes and waffles, fresh salads and delicious sandwiches. And with specialty items – such as Crepeggs (thin, sweet crepes layered with whipped eggs and a choice of smoked turkey, fresh mushrooms and spinach or spicy chicken and peppers) and the Chickichanga (think Chimichanga with eggs and spicy chicken), there’s something for everyone at First Watch. Lunch favorites include the Beefeater Sandwich (thinly-sliced roast beef on parmesan-crusted sourdough bread) and the Power Wrap (fluffy egg whites, smoked turkey, spinach and mushrooms in a sun-dried tomato basil wrap).
The new Cranberry restaurant features a warm and inviting atmosphere with earth tones of brown, pumpkin, green and tan dominating the color scheme. The interior design was developed with functionality in mind, while the restaurant exterior sports a modernized look. First Watch in Cranberry can be reached at 724-741-0582, and Todd Derr is the general manager.
