Recently, we made a pretty awesome menu change at First Watch. Depending on your “regular” dish, there’s a chance you didn’t notice, so we thought we’d take a minute to share the excitement on our blog! First Watch is proud to now serve Springer Mountain Farms’ all-natural chicken in all of our restaurants.

Why does it matter? Well, Springer Mountain Farms provides the most delicious, purest and most nutritious chicken possible. Their chickens are certified Humanely Raised by the American AHC with link RGBHumane Association, are raised with no antibiotics, no steroids, no growth stimulants or hormones, and are never fed animal by-products. They receive a vegetarian diet of American-grown, pesticide-free grains with natural vitamins and minerals, along with fresh mountain water from the hills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. You can just taste the awesome.

Don’t just take our word for it! Come see us at your local First Watch, and bite into our favorite Chickichanga, award-winning Pesto Chicken Quinoa Bowl, Superfood Kale salad, Sweet Honey Pecan salad, Chicken Avocado Chop salad or that classic Chicken Salad Melt.

But wait – it gets better! Beginning on January 8, we’ll be introducing a SoCal Breakfast Burrito* that features Springer Mountain Farms all-natural grilled chicken breast (along with egg whites, quinoa, black beans, kale, house-roasted onions, Feta, Cheddar, Monterey Jack, fresh smashed avocado and pico de gallo). Is your stomach growling yet?
