That’s why we partner with Trident Seafoods to serve only the best Wild Alaska Seafood. You see, a couple years ago, Chef Shane decided to add a new Eggs Benedict to our menu. Of course he wanted to source only the best ingredients for the dish in order to provide our customers with the highest quality culinary masterpiece. After quite a bit of research (and taste-testing…), he chose Trident Seafood’s Wild Alaska Smoked Sockeye Salmon (Say that five times fast!). Why?

Last year, Chef Shane had a chance to visit the Trident Seafoods folks, learn about the industry, spend a few nights on a boat, go whale watching and catch some delectable Halibut and Salmon. Well, it all started with our Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict, which has become a permanent fixture on our menu, but Chef Shane didn’t stop there. He love experimenting with this great fish, so sometimes you’ll be able to sample it different ways on our seasonal menus too!
