Eligibility: The First Watch x Alex & Jon Free First Watch for a year Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakesâ€) is open to all natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years old at time of entry. Void outside the USA, in Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and other United States territories and possessions. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
Sponsorship: The Sweepstakes sponsor is FIRST WATCH (“Sponsorâ€), located at 8725 Pendery Place, Suite 201 Bradenton, FL 34201. Sponsor and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, judging or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, the immediate family members of such individuals, are not eligible to participate. Sponsor will conduct the Sweepstakes substantially as described in these Official Rules. Any questions about the Sweepstakes should be directed to the Sweepstakes Administrator at comments@firstwatch.com.
Entry Period: This Sweepstakes begins on September 21, 2022, at 12:01 AM EST and ends on September 25, 2022, at 11:59 PM EST (“Entry Periodâ€).
How to Enter: Follow @firstwatch & @alexandramadisonn on Instagram and tag a friend in the comments of Alex’s Instagram Reel.
Limitations on Entries: LIMIT ONE ENTRY, regardless of method of entry. No third-party entry or entry through any sweepstakes service is permitted. Any person who attempts or otherwise encourages the entry of multiple or false contact information under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter or encourage multiple or false entries, as determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified. Use of robotic entry devices is strictly prohibited.
Prize: Two individuals who tag a friend will be selected by Alex & Jon to win free First Watch for a year. The tagged friends will not win free First Watch for a year. Free First Watch for a Year consists of 52 Brunch Bucks cards. These cards are not redeemable for cash and are valued up to $20 per card. They are redeemable for food and non-alcoholic beverages only at any participating First Watch Restaurant. Dine-in only. Not valid with any other offer. Not valid on holidays. One-time use only. Discount does not apply to sales tax or gratuities. No change will be provided. No photocopies will be accepted.
Drawing: Winners will be selected by Alex & Jon from among all eligible entries collected during the Entry Period taking place September 21, 2022 through September 25, 2022 at Alex & Jon’s principal place of business. The drawing will be conducted by Alex & Jon, whose decisions and interpretations on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner and may refuse to award a prize to a person who is not eligible or has violated a rule, gained unfair advantage in the Sweepstakes, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means. If there is a dispute about the identity of an entrant, prize will be awarded to the natural person to whom the email address is assigned by the internet service provider responsible for the domain associated with the submitted email address. If winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with Sweepstakes rules, winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be awarded the prize in a separate random drawing. Winners will be notified by Instagram Direct Message and asked to provide confirmation of eligibility. Inability of Sponsor to receive a response by the winner by Direct Message within seventy-two (72) hours after selection may result in disqualification of winner and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing at Sponsor’s discretion. Prize will be sent to winners by U.S. mail within fourteen (14) days after winner has been notified and accepted the prize and provided the confirmation of eligibility as required by Sponsor. If prize is returned as undeliverable or if winner fails to complete the confirmation of eligibility, then prize will be forfeited, and another winner may be randomly drawn, or the prize forfeited, at Alex & Jon’s and Sponsor’s election.
Odds: The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received, according to the eligibility requirements in the Sweepstakes.
Winner Announcement: Alex will announce the winners of the Sweepstakes via Instagram Story by September 26, 2022.
WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER WITH OR VANDALIZE ANY SPONSOR-OWNED WEBSITE OR MOBILE APPLICATION OR RELATED SOCIAL NETWORKING SITE, THE ENTRY PROCESS, OR OTHERWISE INTERFERE WITH OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
General Terms: By entering this Sweepstakes, you promise to abide by the Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all respects. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. All Sweepstakes materials are subject to verification and are void if (a) not obtained in accordance with these Official Rules and through legitimate channels, (b) any part is counterfeited, altered, defective, damaged, illegible, reproduced, tampered with, mutilated or irregular in any way, (c) are obtained where prohibited, or (d) they contain printing, typographical, mechanical, or other errors. You assume all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay or misdirection of Sweepstakes materials submitted to Sponsor. In the event any portion of this Sweepstakes is compromised by activities beyond the control of the Sponsor which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes or this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its agencies to use prize winners’ names, addresses (city & state), voices and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity, for this Sweepstakes only, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor may prohibit you from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that you are attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Sponsor. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not able to be conducted as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and randomly draw from those entries received up to the cancellation/suspension date to award prizes.
Sponsor will not be responsible for any injury, damage or loss of any kind arising out of your participation in the Sweepstakes as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from receipt, acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize or participation in any promotion related activity or participation in this Sweepstakes. YOU AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS AND ASSIGNS FROM AND AGAINST ANY OR ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, INJURIES, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES.
